Cute little plant

I received this as a gift not too long ago. It still hasn't bloomed for me, but it's doing very well. I can't wait to see it mature. :)

Yellow blooms take time on all violets

Just wanted to comment on all of the people that are disappointed because the blooms are white with no yellow mottling - when you receive this plant, it is young and the colors are not going to be as vibrant as above. Yellows specifically take a while for the plant to display, but they are SO worth taking the time. Once the plant mature a bit, it will look like the bloom above. So many people give up on the yellow blooms way too soon, so give it some time, and if it blooms white at first - it's ok!

First Experience

This was my first order from the Violet Barn and I was anxious to see blooms on the Mas Ching Dynasty AV. I made the novice mistake of replanting it right away in a self-watering Oyoma pot. The violet did not take kindly to the experience and the crown leaves are black at the ends. discolored. I'm ready to try again without transplanting right away. Also, I've ordered Rob's potting soil.

LOVE IT

Mas Ching Dynasty turned out to be lovely. Love the color and the lacy petals. One of my favorites. Plants did exceptionally well. Had growth and flowers within days to a couple weeks. Will order again.

Color?

Mine just got it's first blooms. They're white with a slight lavender edged, not what I expected. I hope it changes as it matures.
