Worth another try
Hey Mei was one of the first Streps I bought and when it started blooming about 3 months later, WOW did it ever put on a show! Absolutely gorgeous. Sadly and mysteriously, after the blooms started fading, the plant did too. I loved it so much I’m back to give it another try and will try a different pot and substrate mix this time. Wish me luck!
Velvety Blooms
The blooms are a super dark, rich color and do look like velvet. Super popular variety at our local African violet club's show and sale due to the striking blooms.

This strep is absolutely gorgeous! The blooms are so velvety and such a deep rich plum. A showstopper!
