A Must Have African Violet
I purchased Tommie Lou from the Violet Barn last fall and my plant is doing well and growing bigger. The varigation is beautiful and offset by the simple, but beautiful white flowers with small amounts of pale purple in the centers. This is a vintage violet that deserves a place in everyone's collection.
Just Sentimental
I like Tommi Lou just because it’s fun to show people one of the historical greats of the African Violet world.
An Original
This is a wonderful plant, although the flowers aren't as showy as the newer hybrids. It's a good grower for me and blooms freely.

This was one of violets I'd grown up with from a child and always displayed flowers for our home. Now I can't hardly wait to own one again. This is truly a beauty!
