Tough little plant
This plant is the first kohleria I have ever grown . Even with your clear helpful directions , I have made mistakes . When the plant was resting I let the roots dry out for far to long and lost them . I did start a 2nd plant from tipcutings before that happend so I do have a new starter plant . If I knew what I was doing I might have some flowers by now ! Now I know better- I am ordering more kohleria , someday I will have a lot of amazing flowers!
Adorable!
I've have Ampallang about 2 years and am very please with its performance. It stays relatively compact,blooms regularly, and is easy to care for. The blooms are a beautiful combination of colors. I don't think the web photo even does them justice.
