This Violet has Heart!
Hunter’s Bella is one of my most prolific bloomers, cheerfully blooming her little heart out. The flowers on mine are solid fuchsia with a slender white shadow at the top of each petal, surrounding the stamens of the bloom in a modest white star. I appreciate the dark green foliage on this plant. (I find dark foliage more hardy and tolerant of my full-spectrum grow lights than the variegated varieties.) In addition to being a prolific bloomer, this plant maintains a compact growth habit and perfect symmetry all on her own. Years ago my mom and I raised and showed standard and large-standard African violets. I have recently returned to this beloved hobby, and I’ve come to adore miniature violets so much that they are now all I grow. I used to propagate my own plants, but no longer do. Violet Barn is so exceptional at hybridizing, raising, and shipping quality plants that I now buy all my violet babies from them. I’m happy to pay these reasonable prices for someone else to do all that work! Haha.
