Amazing plant
I have looked at this begonia for several years but always thought - it's just green. I choose begonias for their beautiful red and pink leaves. I finally decided to add it to my order and now I wonder why I didn't choose it before. It's leaves just shine under lights with the red underside of the leaves showing through a bit. Do not hesitate to add this to your collection, I think it might end up being a favorite.
Great plant!
The strong, thick stem holds up some wonderfully textures leaves. Similar in texture to soli-mutata, this seems to have a stronger more upright form. Easy and fast growing on an indoor shelf.
Love it!
This unique begonia is so different from the others that I have - love the reddish undertones of the leaves and that rough texture. It arrived in wonderful condition and has already show new leaf growth in such a short time. *this is a honest review for a freebie plant.
Beautiful texture contrast
This plant is stunning. I love the contrast between the glossy, pebbly, green upper sides of the leaves and the fuzzy, rusty-orange leaf undersides and stems. It has managed admirably in the horridly dry hot air in my office, which tells me it's a survivor.
