Gorgeous plant
I just received my perfect plant. Very tall and even has buds. Can't wait to see it bloom. Thank you for such great plants.
Sturdy, vigorous plant with multiple buds ready to bloom
I ordered 5 kohleria plants mid Dec 2020 to see if I liked growing these plants. All has gone well except that 2 plants suffered from lack of humidity. They are all under grow lights and in self watering pots. This plant, vanilla sky has grown the best with 2 others close behind. My vanilla sky has put out branches at each leaf along the very sturdy main stem already so the plant is starting to look full without any effort from me. In addition it looks like there are 8 Flower buds on various stages of development. So, to me, with my limited experience with kohleria, vanilla sky is a superior plant. Just be sure to watch for signs of lack of sufficient moisture if you are new to growing them like me. Vanilla sky did not seem to suffer like the other 2 did. I am anxiously waiting for my plant to explode in color. It looks like flowers will develop at each leaf attachment to stems. I rated a 5 based on the sturdy, naturally branching out, fast growing plant as well as the number of blooms look like will likely be present at one time.
