Really nice, just like the picture. Dense and compact. Lots of long lasting flowers with good contrasty colors.
disapointed
My Bristols Oriental Art came with only two leaves and one leaf was damaged. I have done everything I can think of to spark some life into it but it has only grown one very small leaf and the other one has a spot starting to discolor. What am I doing wrong? Help! All my other plants from VB are happy and healthy.
Blooming wonderfully
My Bristols Oriental Art was in bloom within a week of receipt. I am wonderfully surprised at how long the blooms last - the first flower is going on 5 weeks now! Very happy with the plant. I even abused it and let it wilt to the point where even the flower was wilted and I thought I had killed it, but the leaves and the flower bounced back, good as new!

I have been growing this plant for a long time and it has never not been in bloom .The depth of the color seems to intensify as the plant gets older. Amazing!
Prettier than the picture
I received this plant exactly 1 month ago today. When it arrived it was a healthy robust plant.( As were all 9 of the plants I ordered ) Today it has 3 blooms that are stunning. The picture does not do it justice. It is a rich purple and very eye catching. I would recommend this plant and The Violet Barn to anyone who loves houseplants. I am very happy with all of the plants I ordered. They were packed well and all were healthy plants !!
