This strep has always been in my top 10. I like the soft colors and willingness to show off!
Looks nothing like the picture
The plant is blooming beautifully with lots of flowers, but doesn't look at all like the picture. The flowers are not at all pink and/or yellow as in the pic, but a plain white with just the slightest tint of pale pink. Disappointing

A little different
The blooms are chubby and cute like pastel marshmallows. I found the plant itself rather pleasing; it's leaves are round and wide rather than strappy, and they emerge in different directions. Yes, there is a nice fragrance! It comes out more when the blooms are freshly open and maybe at certain times of the day.

I have been growing this beautiful strep for about seven or eight years now and it is such a reliable bloomer. The pastel blooms are so delicate and people always ask about it. Yes, it is sweetly fragrant too. Reminds me of a soft jasmine scent. Interestingly, not every bloom cycle is fragrant. I assume this is related to growing conditions or temperature. This plant is a compact grower, relative to many other streps. It can even handle a little neglect if it doesn’t get watered (not that I would ever do that haha). It will perk right back up. This is a must-have plant for the collector.
