The deep color of Bristol's Bluebird is exactly what I am looking for.
Bristol's Bluebird
I cannot wait to get this one. From pictures I have seen online, it is absolutely stunning! My other straps I purchased from you are into a 4" pot now. Getting big. Some arrived with buds and it killed me but I disbursed and cut the stem off to promote more roots. I know it's better in the long run, but boy it's hard! Lol! As always shipping process is impeccable! Well packed. Plants arrived safely give email a little water and put in window and under the lights and they look great!

beautiful dark blue/purple
This has been a heavy bloomer for me. The flowers are delicate, but with a very nice, dark color. Easy to grow.

tiny plants
I ordered 4 Streptocarpus . . with shipping it came to 41 dollars. I was very disappointed when I received them as they were VERY VERY SMALL. I sincerely wonder if they were even rooted yet as two quickly died. The last two are still alive but oh how I have had to baby them. I sent the grower an email asking if he wanted to offer me replacements .. he did not respond. I will definitely not be buying more here!--VB note: we ship in 2" pots, plants as pictured on terms and conditions page.
Beautiful, Beautiful Bluebird
I loved this Bristol's Bluebird from the moment I saw its picture last year, but I had to wait to order until it became available again after we endured a cold spring here in SD, and I was hesitant to order earlier. In less than four months it has become a stunning plant loaded with blossoms--19 at the moment. It is still in its tiny little pot and with huge leaves and so many blossoms it is top heavy. I've set it inside a footed tumbler, and will re-pot it as soon as the blossoming subsides a bit. If you love deep blue, don't pass this one by. It is absolutely striking with it's black throat and two white streaks radiating out of it! Joanne S Isaak
Favorite Streptocarpus
I love Bristol's Bluebird, this is an exceptional plant across the board. It is beautiful, easy to grow, blooms constantly and profusely. I had one for a couple of years, and lost this plant due to illness in the family. I'm so glad it is back! Get one, you'll fall in love with "Bluebird". As always, I am huge fan of The Violet Barn, their plants are always perfect! Beverly Winfield

A truly beautiful strep. This was my first strep from the Violet Barn, and it was awesome. I find the Bristol's Streps super easy to grow. This is such a vibrant color-will take your breath away.
