One of my favorites

This is a good plant! It grows very slowly for me, and has an upright growth habit under my conditions, but it is sturdy, the leaves are gorgeous, and the flowers are more incredible than the pictures. No regrets.

Hardy Girl

This violet by far the hardiest I've gotten from VB. Every vacation and temperature fluctuation I lose a plant or two, plus tons of wilted leaves. Ma's Melody Girl has survived them all and thrived no matter the conditions. It blooms quite often if left to its own devices. I find it grows more as a mound than a spiral, but it is not unruly. Overall, a fine plant, especially if you are not a gardening micromanager.
