The flowers are just ok, small. Very unpredictable in shape and colour. Got him in spring, bloomed 3 times, each time different colour and fullness, from raspberry pink to grape purple - same location, supplemented light. Also very leggy foliage, at least it is well behaved - no grooming has been necessary so far.
Glad to see this one back
Blackie to Bryant has long been one of my favorites. There’s something about how the double flowers mixture of lavender/purple works with the TL variegated foliage with some lavender tint.

Beautiful classic variety!
Blackie Bryant is an older variety that I was looking for and was very happy to discover Violet Barn stocked! You can see why it has stood the test of time when you see it. It has beautiful blooms AND beautiful variegated foliage. It arrived in bloom and has been growing nicely since I received it from Violet Barn.
Beautiful African violet!
Am soooo excited to see this in stock! Had one years ago and it was so beautiful, even prettier than the photo. Was hoping for a second chance... and here it is! My lucky day!!
