Col. linearis


Thick, but long and slender, pointed, medium green leaves on thick, upright, stems.  Bright red blooms.  A nice, smaller, gesneriad suitable for container gardens when grown as a bonsai or shrub.

Hardy & Prolific

I love this little plant. Trained as a bonsai in shohin pot, it has bloomed consistently all winter. A cut off piece stuck in another pot readily rooted. Such happy happy bloom colors. Highly recommend this zippy little guy.
