Meteor Shower
I received this plant as a freebie about a year ago. The blooms have become one of my favorites! They are huge! They tend to have more white than purple - especially in winter. I love the contrast between the stark white and deep purple. A beautiful bloom!

Absolutely one of my favorite varieties in my collection. I love, love, love the unique coloring of the flowers and cannot recommend them enough!
Meteor Shower
I received this plant as a freebie with my last order. It has more than doubled in size and is blooming well in the four weeks I've had it. The blooms aren't fully double yet and have more white than purple, but I expect that will correct itself with time. Although the plants in this order were very well packed, there were a few more broken leaves than in past orders. This was as a result of two things, i think. One was that the plants I received were a bit larger than what I've received in the past, which makes them harder to protect. The second was that the box they were shipped in looked like it had been kicked from New York to Tennessee. I really was afraid to open it and was surprised at how minimal the damage to the plants actually was. USPS must have been having a bad week. Thanks, Violet Barn, for the great plants!
