Ma's Blue Turtle

One of our best sellers.  Really big, really blue, very double stars over great, dark, red-backed TL variegated foliage.  Wonderful shade of deep blue.  Standard.  AVSA #9378

I hope I havent killed it

Got it in mid August in it's little 2" pot. Was doing quite well with firm healthy leaves. But I may have transplanted it way too soon into a 4" plastic azalia pot today. It (Ma's Double Turtle) has healthy foliage but no buds yet. Ma's Double Charm got buds within 2 weeks of my receiving it. I did put (Ma's Double Turt) under a plastic bag today after repotting so I am hoping it survives. I transplanted it because it seemed every time I looked at it the soil was way too dry. Upon repotting I noticed that the root system was very shallow.

Gorgeous from top to bottom

I received this amazing African violet as a gift. In the beginning it was nice but nothing special. Then it started growing and disclosing its beauty starting from the variegated leaves to the really true deepest blue/violet blooms that keep on coming and coming. One does not know what to admire first; it is gorgeous from top to bottom and its beauty lasts and lasts. Thank you for an amazing plant. P.S. I'll visit your site again and again.

I like this one!

I seem to go toward variagated foliage of dark colors and this plant has it. Bloomed true and rich blue. Beth
