small but mighty
My plant arrived excellently packaged and in great shape (though, without any buds). It wasn't long before they started to form and I'm so pleased with how healthy and robust it's turning out to be. The blossoms are a gorgeous color and the violet looks just like the photo representation.
A Happy Accident!**
Wow! The blooms on Zipper Zapper are HUGE! Really, The size of it's blooms is quite astonishing, they are larger than the leaves. Zipper Zapper has been a very easy bloomer, both in amount of time to bloom and number of blooms. The picture above is an accurate representation of bloom color, very vivid. The only thing that I do not like about this plant is based on my personal preference for smoother (I.e., less fuzzy) leaves. I find that the fuzzier the leaves, the more difficult it is for me to keep the plant clean. ** I originally ordered Rob's Zippity Doo, but a mix-up resulted in me receiving Zipper Zapper. The Violet Barn responded promptly, sending out the originally desired plant the next week (no shipping charges). Now I'm happy that there was a mix-up because I actually prefer Zipper Zapper over the other plant now!

I ordered this plant a few weeks ago and love it! It was neatly packaged and it already had blooms on it. It is a very vibrant plant.

This has GOT to be the most phenomenal violet ever grown. The blooms are HUGE, literally as big as the leaves. The color is dazzling. And the number of blooms! I've often seen mine with more blooms than leaves.
Zipper Zapper
Received this violet last week and it was beautiful. It had one open bud and three more which opened in less than a week. This violet is simply gorgeous, everyone who sees it wants one!
